Leaders often reach out at sensitive moments. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to inquiries made through it.
What we collect
- Information you choose to share in the inquiry form: your name, email address, and what prompted you to reach out, plus your company, role, and how you heard about Richard if you provide them.
- Scheduling details if you book a conversation, such as the time you select and the contact details you enter in the scheduling tool.
- Basic technical information that websites commonly receive, such as browser type and pages visited. If analytics are enabled, this is collected in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
How it is used
Information you share is used only to respond to your inquiry, prepare for and schedule a conversation, and deliver any coaching engagement we agree on. It is never sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing.
Confidentiality
What you share through this site and in coaching conversations is treated as confidential. It is not shared with your employer without your permission; service providers described below process information needed to operate the inquiry and scheduling flow. For organization-sponsored engagements, what is reported to the sponsoring organization is agreed with you in advance. Confidentiality has limited exceptions, such as when disclosure is required by law or needed to prevent serious harm.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website. Formspree processes inquiry submissions, Apple iCloud Mail receives inquiry notifications and correspondence, and Calendly handles scheduling. Google Calendar and Google Meet support calendar invitations and video meetings. These services process relevant information under their own privacy policies. Optional website analytics are not enabled at launch.
Retention and security
Inquiry and scheduling information is kept only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain appropriate business records, then deleted. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you've shared at any time. You can also manage cookies through your browser and the scheduling service’s privacy controls. Blocking third-party content may affect the embedded scheduler; a separate booking link is provided.
Children
This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
